Anaheim Lady Ducks General Manager

Caroline Marchant is in her 19th year with the Anaheim Lady Ducks program, virtually making the “Behind the Scenes” work on fundraising, college planning and Team Support what it is today. After earning an Engineering Degree from Clarkson University, Caroline spent time in Edmonton and Columbus, OH along with her husband Todd, and young family. After moving to California, in 2005, Caroline immediately stepped up to help grow the Lady Ducks program. Caroline uses her 23 years of coaching and college process experience.  Caroline has assisted many players in pursuing their dreams of attending college as a student-athlete.  

Karen Rickard

Team Colorado Director of Hockey

A native of Bowmanville, ON Canada, Karen Rickard is a former University of Wisconsin standout (2004). While at Wisconsin, Rickard received the prestigious Jeff Sauer Award,  WCHA Player of the Week (twice), WCHA All-Second Team, Big Ten scholar-athlete, and WCHA All Academic team. She began her coaching career in Dallas, TX with the Dallas Stars Elite; in 2015 she moved to Denver, CO serving as the Assistant Director and 19U Tier I Head Coach for the Colorado Select. Rickard joined Team Colorado in 2017 serving as the Head Coach for the 16U Tier I team and the 14U AAA tournament team.   A USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach, she has worked at multiple USA Hockey Player Development camps. Along with her degree from Wisconsin, Rickard earned a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University. After serving as the Head Coach of the 14U Tier I team for the past four seasons, Rickard will be back at the helm of the 19U Tier I team in addition to her duties as Director of Hockey for Team Colorado.

Anaheim Lady Ducks 14UAAA/19UAAA Head Coach

Lilli is entering her 4th season coaching the 19 Tier 1 and 14 Tier 1 Lady Ducks as well as being the girl's coordinator for the Anaheim Ducks youth development program. Her NCAA hockey experience and Biology degree give her valuable insights for mentoring players in the AAA program. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, she started skating at 18 months and fell in love with hockey. After moving to Southern California in 2006, Lilli played for the Anaheim Lady Ducks, starting with the 10u team and continuing through to 19AAA. She earned a bronze medal at nationals in 2012 with the 14u team and was selected for the National Player Development camp. Lilli went on to play NCAA Division I at Lindenwood University, serving as assistant captain in her senior year while playing both forward and defense. After returning to Southern California in 2021, Lilli joined the Lady Ducks as assistant coach for the 14AAA team. Her coaching and playing experiences fuel her passion to give back to the program that shaped her, fostering teamwork, leadership, and a deep understanding of the game.
